Who runs Northallerton Decking
Northallerton Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. What the quote form collects
We only hold what you choose to send. On the enquiry form that is typically contact details (name, phone, email), where the work is (postcode) and a short note about your deck. Northallerton Decking has no member area or sign-in.
Where your enquiry goes
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We do not trade personal data, and we don't let others use it for sales calls.
Retention
Records of an enquiry are deleted at the latest 24 months after the final contact between us.
Our lawful basis
UK data protection law lets us use your information because you have requested a quote, which is a step before a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Form processing and transfers
The enquiry form is part of northallertondecking.co.uk rather than an embedded third-party form. When you send it, your details go to our own form handler on Cloudflare, which stores them in a Cloudflare D1 database and then adds them to our customer records system, HighLevel, a US company acting as our data processor. That can mean your details are transferred to the United States, protected by the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.
Bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form, which involves processing basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To stop spam and repeated submissions we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with your enquiry and in a short-lived rate-limit record, never the address itself. No Facebook or advertising pixel is used.
What the form stores in your browser
The form sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Along with what you type, it sends the address of the page you are on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (utm_ values), so we know where enquiries come from. Our cookies page has the details.
How this site is hosted
We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website, so it processes standard technical information like IP addresses. We don't measure visitors with analytics software or use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Our area pages offer an optional Google Maps view of each place. Nothing is requested from Google until you click to show the map; once it loads, Google's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to have it erased and to object to or limit its use. Send requests through the quote form; we respond within a month.
Making a complaint
Concerns about our use of personal data can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office; details are at ico.org.uk.
Revisions
If our practices change we will revise this notice and change the date shown at the start of the page.
